不同填充柱对异丙醇分离效果的影响

摘要 丙酮一步法合成甲基异丁基酮粗产品分析采用的是毛细柱气相色谱法,粗产品中w(异丙醇)分析准确度对甲基异丁基酮的选择性影响较大,讨论了不同填充柱对粗产品中异丙醇分析结果的影响,并且用毛细管柱作对比,结果发现,采用10%改性PEG-20M+0.2%磷酸+酸洗102担体(10%、0.2%均为质量分数)时,丙酮与异丙醇有良好的分离效果,此分离结果和在毛细管柱中(丙酮和异丙醇)的分离效果一样,方法的精密度和准确度达到分析要求。因为填充柱分析时间短,有利于工艺快速筛选催化剂,解决了由于丙酮和异丙醇分离不好导致的w(异丙醇)分析定量结果波动给催化剂的开发和工艺条件选择带来影响的问题。 We analyzed the crude product which is produced in the procedure of synthesizing methylisobutyl ketone from acetone by one step method with gas chromatography.The accurate degree of an-alyzing the content of isopropyl alcohol in the crude product can affect greatly the selectivity of methyl isobutyl ketone.The article should discuss the different effects during analyzing isopropyl alcohol in the crude product by using different stuff columns.The result indicated that tseparating acetone and isopropyl alcohol by using 10% modified PEG-20M+0.2% orthophosphoric acid(mass fraction) and 102 carrier which was washed with acid.This separation result was the same as that in the capillary column (acetone and isopropanol.).The precision and accuracy of this method can meet the analytical requirements.The method resolves the problems that the fluctuation of isopro-pyl alcohol ration may affect the development of catalyst and the selection of technology requirement due to the short analysis time of packed column and the rapid screening of the catalyst.
