用CT检查诊断结肠癌及术后结肠癌复发的效果观察

Effect of CT examination for diagnosis of colorectal cancer and postoperative colorectal cancer

目的:探讨用CT检查诊断结肠癌及结肠癌术后复发的临床效果。方法 :对2014年5月至2016年5月期间在安州区中医医院进行手术治疗的60例结肠癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。术前及术后6个月,对这60例患者均进行CT检查,然后与对其进行病理检查的结果相比较,总结用CT检查诊断结肠癌及结肠癌术后复发的准确率。结果 :1)对这60例结肠癌患者进行术前CT检查诊断的准确率为95%。其中,诊断Ⅰ期结肠癌的准确率为93.75%,诊断Ⅱ期结肠癌的准确率为92.86%,诊断Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期结肠癌的准确率均为100%。2)用CT检查诊断这60例结肠癌患者术后病情复发的准确率为75%。其中,诊断Ⅰ期结肠癌的准确率为66.67%,诊断Ⅱ期结肠癌的准确率为57.14%,诊断Ⅲ期结肠癌的准确率为83.33%,诊断Ⅳ期结肠癌的准确率均为100%。结论 :用CT检查诊断结肠癌及结肠癌术后复发的效果显著,具有诊断的准确率高、操作简单等优点。

Objective To study effect of CT examination for diagnosis of colorectal cancer and postoperative colorectal cancer. Methods Petrospectively study the clinical material of 60 cases received and treated in Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Anyang District from May 2014 to May 2016 in the patients of colorectal cancer as the research object. Do CT examination for the 60 patient before operation and 6 months after operation. Compare examination results with pathological findings, summarize diagnosis accuracy of CT examination. Results A. Diagnosis accuracy of CT examination for pre-operation is 95%, diagnosis accuracy for stage I colorectal cancer is 66.67%, diagnosis accuracy for stage II colorectal cancer is 57.14%, diagnosis accuracy for stage III is 83.33%,and diagnosis accuracy for stage IV are 100%. B. Diagnosis accuracy of CT examination for postoperition is 75%, diagnosis accuracy for stage I colorectal cancer is 93.75%, diagnosis accuracy for stage II colorectal cancer is 92.86%, diagnosis accuracy for stage In and stage IV are 100%.Conclusion Diagnose colorectal cancer and postoperative colorectal cancer with CT examination is accurate and simple, effect of diagnosis is good.
