圆柱销式与齿轮式断线钳刀头结构的对比研究

Comparison on the Structure of Cylindrical Pin and Gear Type Cutter Head

针对圆柱销式与齿轮式断线钳刀头结构,通过建立结构分析模型、绘制工作过程示意图、标注结构参数,推导了参数之间的相互关系,并根据结构模型进行了机构的运动分析、受力分析和工作过程分析,找出了由圆柱销形式和齿轮形式的不同所引起的断线钳工作特性的差异。

According to the structure of cylindrical pin and the gear type cutter head, the relationship between parameters is deduced through establishing the structural analysis model, sketching the map of working process, and marking the structure parameters. According to the structural model, movement analysis, force analysis and working process analysis are made, the difference of the working characteristics of cylindrical pin and gear type cutter are found.
