摘要
该文从电寿命失效样品入手,运用根本原因分析法锁定影响继电器电寿命可靠性的关键因素,从设计和制造两个方面制订系统性的改善措施,运用实验设计、威布尔等方法和工具验证改善效果,最后总结出了提升继电器电寿命可靠性的方法模型。
This paper studied base on the electrical endurance of failure samples,apply root cause analysis method to located key factors influencing relay electric endurance reliability,from the two aspects of design and manufacturing to develop a systematic improvement measures,the use of design on experiment,and Weibull tools to verify the effect,and finally summed up the promotion model of the electrical endurance reliability of relay.
