摘要 针对传统基片集成波导功分器结构的多层结构输入输出工艺难以实现且隔离度较低的问题,提出了一种多层集成的高性能基片集成波导功分器设计方法。利用中间层作为匹配层,采用金属化过孔作为耦合探针,通过仿真优化多层金属与探针距离,成功将微波信号引出到顶层传输线,实现了器件宽带低损耗过渡结构设计;另外,考虑到工艺可实现性,通过将矩形波导功分器开槽办法应用在此多层结构中,有效提高了基片集成波导功分器的隔离度。基片集成波导多层结构的过渡层和开槽结构的优化设计有助于多通道器件的集成化和小型化。 Since it is hard to implement the input and output structure for traditional substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) power divider, and this kind of divider is always with low isolation, a high performance SIW power divider is provided here. In which the inter microwave signal is successfully transferred to top transmission line through couple probe by metal across hole, and a wide low loss transition structure design is gained by optimizing distance between metal of multilayer and probe. In addition, isolation is improved by setting rectangle window in this multilayer structure referencing waveguide divider. The research of transition layer and window structure can improve integration and miniaturization for multi channel devices.
