摘要
随着综合环境试验技术认可度的提高,许多型号的大型系统级产品的综合环境验证试验需要设计建设容积100 m3以上的超大型综合环境试验系统来满足产品的考核需求。超大型综合环境试验系统需要从箱体结构、设备性能指标、地基基础和悬吊支撑系统4个方面入手,并结合气候环境、结构强度和厂房建筑等多学科专业知识,设计超大型综合环境试验系统建设完成后经使用证明,其模块拼接的使用方式,可以提供不同规格设备间的多种组合使用模式,与初期的设计预期相符,是一种值得推广使用的综合环境试验系统构建模式。
With the comprehensive environmental test technology to improve the degree of approval, many models have put forward the requirement of comprehensive environmental test for large scale system level products. Super large comprehensive environmental test system from the structure, equipment performance index, the foundation and the suspension support system in 4 aspects, and the comprehensive climate environment, structural strength and building more scientific and professional knowledge, can achieve the desired effect. After the construction of the super large comprehensive environmental test system, it is proved that the module splicing is used, which can provide a variety of combinations between different specifications of the use of the model.
