益生素对育肥猪生产性能、血清免疫球蛋白和盲肠微生物菌群的影响 被引量:9

摘要 本研究旨在探讨在饲料中添加益生素对育肥猪生长性能、血清免疫球蛋白含量和盲肠微生物菌群的影响。选用日龄和体重相近、生长状况良好的青海八眉二元育肥猪60头,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组饲喂基础日粮+120mg/kg吉他霉素,试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮+0.2%益生素,试验Ⅱ组饲喂基础日粮+0.5%益生素。试验期90d。结果表明:饲料中添加0.5%的益生素可以显著提高育肥猪增重、血清IgA和IgG含量、盲肠乳酸杆菌数量,降低料肉比、血清胆固醇含量、盲肠大肠杆菌数量。综上所述,在青海八眉二元育肥猪日粮中添加0.5%益生素可以取得良好的效果。 In order to investigate the effect of probiotic on the production performance,serum immunoglobulin and cecum microorganism of hybrid fattening pigs,60 Bamei hybrid fattening pigs were randomly allotted to 4groups with 3replicates per group and 4pigs per replicate.Pigs in control group were fed the basal diet,pigs in antibiotics group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 120 mg/kg kitasamycin,pigs in group Ⅰ were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.2% probiotic,Pigs in groupⅡ were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.5% probiotic.The experiment lasted for 90 days.Results showed that0.5% probiotic in diet could significantly improve the pig weight gain,the content of IgA and IgG in serum and the number of Lactobacillus spp in cecum,decreased the feed conversion ratio,the level of serum cholesterol(CH),and the number of E.coli.Thus,supplement with 0.5% probiotic in diet of Bamei hybrid pigs could get good effect.
