金针菇菌渣日粮对山羊养分表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响

Effects of Enoki Mushroom Residue Diet on Nutrient Apparent Digestibility and Blood Biochemical Indices in Goats

本试验旨在研究日粮中添加金针菇菌渣对山羊养分表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响,并确定山羊饲粮中金针菇菌渣的最佳添加水平。选取28只年龄接近的健康波杂羊(波尔山羊×徐淮山羊),平均体重为(23.35±2.45)kg,随机分为4组,每组7只。分别饲喂金针菇菌渣添加水平为0%(对照组,日粮A)、15%(日粮B)、25%(日粮C)、40%(日粮D)的试验日粮,预饲期7d,试验期45d。结果表明:(1)日粮中添加金针菇菌渣可有效提高山羊营养物质消化率,日粮B、日粮C和日粮D的干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)以及能量的表观消化率显著高于日粮A(P<0.05),其中,日粮B和日粮C的营养物质消化率有高于日粮D的趋势;(2)四组日粮的总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和总胆红素(TBIL)的含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮C的葡萄糖(GLU)显著高于日粮A、日粮B和日粮D(P<0.05),日粮B日粮C和日粮D的尿素氮(BUN)差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于日粮A(P<0.05)。结果提示,在本研究背景下,在山羊饲料中添加金针菇菌渣可有效提高山羊营养物质消化率,其中以15%和25%添加组效果较为明显,并且对山羊血清生化指标无显著影响,但提高了血液中尿素氮的含量。

The study was aimed to study the effects of different enoki mushroomresidue levels on apparent digestibility of nutrients and blood biochemical indices in(Boer goats Xu huai goats)goats.A total of28 healthy goats with an average body weight of 23.35±2.45 kg were randomly allotted to 4groups,with7 replicates per group.The proportions of four experimental diets were 0%(diet A),15%(diet B),25%(diet C)and 40%(diet D),respectively.The preliminary trial lasted for 7d,and the trial lasted for 45 d.The results showed that:1)The diets added enoki mushroom residue could effectively improve the goats' digestive rate of nutrients,the apparent digestibility DM,OM,CP,NDF,ADF,Ca,P and energy of diet B,diet C and diet D were higher than diet A(P<0.05),and the nutrient digestibility of diet B and diet C had a tendency of higher than diet D;2)feeding four diets had no significant effects on the serum contents of TP,ALB,ALT,AST,ALP and TBIL(P>0.05),the GLU of diet C was higher than diet A,diet B and diet C(P<0.05),diet B,diet C and diet D had no significant difference in BUN(P>0.05),but higher than diet A(P<0.05).These results indicated that the diet feeding with enoki mushroomresidue could effectively increase the digestive rate of nutrients,with the effect of 15%and 25%added group being more obvious,and had no obvious effect on serum biochemical indexes,but increased the content of blood urea nitrogen.
