苏邮1号蛋鸭精液品质评估

Semen Quality Assessment of SuyouⅠDuck

为了建立苏邮1号蛋鸭精液品质评估的方法,本试验选择20只健康的种公鸭,采用背部按摩法采集精液,测定精液量、精子活力、精子密度、精子形态和精液质量因子(SQF)等。结果表明:20只公鸭中15只(75%)能顺利采集到精液;苏邮1号公鸭单次采精量为(0.17±0.05)mL,精子密度为(25.52±4.73)×10~8个/mL,精子活力为0.86±0.10;精液中畸形精子率为(13.07±2.13)%,其中形态弯曲精子率为(7.70±1.97)%,头部巨大精子率为(2.53±1.06)%,形态破损精子率为(2.83±0.79)%;精液质量因子(SQF)为387.5±129.25。因此,苏邮1号蛋鸭公鸭精液品质普遍较高,可以在生产和育种中应用。

The aim of this study was to establish a method for quality assessment of SuyouⅠDuck.20 healthy male duck＇s semen were collected by back massage,and determined the semen volume,sperm motility,sperm density,sperm morphology ratio and semen quality factor（SQF）of each individual.The semen of 15 out of 20 ducks were successfully collected.The results of semen quality assessment showed that：means for semen volume,density,motility,normal morphology ratio and SQF were 0.17±0.05 mL,25.52±4.73×10~8/mL,0.86±0.10,86.93±2.13% and 387.5±129.25,respectively;abnormal sperm ratio was 13.07±2.13%,among which the percentage of bent sperm,huge head sperm,damaged sperm were 7.70±1.97%,2.53±1.06%,2.83±0.79%.The research indicated that the quality of the semen of SuyouⅠduck was generally high,and could be applied in the production and breeding.
