金龟子绿僵菌油悬浮剂的孢子萌发率测定方法优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 金龟子绿僵菌是一种重要的生防真菌,本文系统研究了金龟子绿僵菌油悬浮剂孢子萌发的最佳条件,结果表明:选用初始pH=6的马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基(PDA)进行平板萌发测定,制作孢子平板后进行吹干处理,放置于温度30℃、湿度90%的条件下进行黑暗培养30h,所测得的孢子萌发率最高。该测定条件可用于金龟子绿僵菌油悬浮剂产品孢子萌发率的测定。 Metarhizium anisopliae is an important biocontrol fungus, the optimum conditions of spore germination of Metarhizium anisopliae oil miscible flowable concentrate (OF) was studied in this paper. The results showed that the highest germination rate could obtained under the following conditions : the spores were evenly applied on PDA plate ( pH = 6 ), then blow - dried and cultured at 30℃ with a humidity of 90% in dark for 30h. This method provides a reference for the determi- nation of spore germination of Metarhizium anisopliae oil miscible flowable concentrate product.
