论龙江发展对习近平治国理政思想的贯彻与实践——中共黑龙江省第十二次代表大会精神解读

Implementation and Application of Xi Jinping's Governance of China in Heilongjiang Development——Interpreted from the Guiding Principles of the 12th Heilongjiang Provincial Congress of the C.P.C

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记发表了一系列重要讲话,形成了系统的治国理政新理念新思想新战略,对于推动中国发展、全面建成小康社会发挥了重要指导作用。黑龙江省委省政府坚决维护以习近平同志为核心的党中央权威,坚持以习近平治国理政思想为指导,积极贯彻习近平总书记对龙江两次重要讲话精神,不断推动龙江经济社会发展跃升一个新阶段。2017年4月29日至5月3日,中国共产党黑龙江省第十二次代表大会在哈尔滨隆重召开,大会系统总结了黑龙江省五年经济社会发展的成就、经验及启示,号召全省党员干部群众,以习近平治国理政新理念为引领,勇担龙江振兴发展的崇高使命,同时,对全面推进龙江振兴发展做出了科学部署。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China( C.P.C),General Secretary Xi Jinping has delivered a series of important speeches to form new thoughts,views and strategies to govern a country,which plays a guiding role in accelerating China's development and building moderately prosperous society. Heilongjiang provincial government resolutely safeguards the authority of the C. P. C central committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,adheres to the principles of Xi Jinping's governance and actively implements the guiding principles of two important speeches addressed by Xi Jinping in Heilongjiang Province so as to achieve a new stage. During April 29 th to May 3rd in 2017,the 12 th C.P.C Congress of Heilongjiang Province was solemnly held in Harbin,which sysmatically summarized achievements,experience and enlightenment of five-year social and economic development from seven aspects,called on the provincial Party members and cadres to assume noble mission of revitalizing Longjiang development with Xi Jinping's governance,and meanwhile scientifically deployed to comprehensively advance Longjiang revitalization.
