胰岛素注射图谱在首次使用胰岛素笔患者中的应用

Application of insulin injection maps in patients using insulin pen for the first time

目的:探讨胰岛素注射图谱在首次使用胰岛素笔患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年7月~2016年12月内分泌科首次使用胰岛素笔的糖尿病患者100例,将其随机等分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用胰岛素注射图谱进行胰岛素笔使用的指导,对照组采用常规方法进行胰岛素笔使用的指导,比较两组患者的胰岛素注射知识掌握情况、出院前1 d和出院后3个月的胰岛素注射操作规范率、对健康教育的满意度。结果:试验组患者胰岛素注射知识掌握情况、出院前1 d和出院后3个月的注射操作规范率均高于对照组(P<0.05),对护士的健康教育工作评价满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素注射图谱通俗易懂,使首次使用胰岛素笔的患者更好地掌握注射相关知识,更规范快速地掌握注射技巧,提高患者的满意度。

Objective：To discuss the application effect of insulin injection maps in patients using insulin pen for the first time. Methods： Selected 100 dia-betics patients using insulin pen for the first time in endocrinology department from July 2015 to December 2016 , and they were equally divided into test group and control group, where patients in the test group were guided in the use of insulin pen with insulin injection maps, and patients in the control group were guided in the use of insulin pen with the routine method, and patients in the two groups were compared in mastering of insulin injection knowledge, in-sulin injection operation normalization rate Id before discharge and 3 months after discharge and satisfaction to health education. Results： The insulin knowledge mastering, injection operation normalization rate Id before discharge and 3 months after discharge of patients in the test group were higher than those of patients in the control group （P 〈 0. 05） , and the satisfaction to the nurses5 health education of patients in the test group was higher than that of pa-tients in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion ： The insulin injection maps was popular and easy to understand, patients using insulin pen for the first time could well master the insulin related knowledge and master the injection skills rapidly in a more regulated manner, so as to improve the patients5 satis-faction.
