循证护理在腹腔镜治疗肾脓肿患者中的应用

Application of evidence-based nursing in patients receiving treatment of nephrapostasis under laparoscope

目的:探究循证护理在肾脓肿患者接受腹腔镜治疗的过程中的临床效果。方法:选取2014年1月~2016年10月在我院进行治疗的82例肾脓肿患者作为研究对象,均接受腹腔镜下手术治疗,将患者随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用循证护理。对比两组患者的住院时间、不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组患者住院时间与对照组相比均显著缩短;试验组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理可有效提高患者临床治疗效果,降低其在治疗过程中的不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of evidence - based nursing in the process of patients receiving treatment of nephrapostasis under laparo-scope. Methods ： Selected 82 patients with nephrapostasis receiving treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2016 as the research objects, and all of them received surgical treatment under laparoscope, and they were equally divided into control group and test group, where routine nursing was given to the patients in the control group, and evidence - based nursing was given to the patients in the test group. Patients in both groups were compared in length of stay and occurring of adverse reaction. Results ： The length of stay of patients in the test group was significantly shortened compared with that of pa-tients in the control group ; the adverse reaction incidence rate of patients in the test group was significantly lower than that of patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0 . 05 ） . Conclusion ： The evidence - based nursing could effectively improve the patients5 clinical treat-ment effect, reduce the adverse reaction in the process of treatment, and was worth promoting and applying clinically.
