重症监护室患者ICU综合征发生的危险因素分析

Analysis of risk factors of ICU syndrome among patients in intensive care unit

目的:探讨重症监护室(ICU)患者发生ICU综合征的危险因素。方法:纳入2012年8月~2015年8月我科424例ICU住院患者,依据ICU综合征诊断标准,分为发病组160例和未发病组264例,分析影响患者发生ICU综合征的危险因素。结果:年龄>60岁、医疗费用自费、经历病友死亡、手术治疗、呼吸机/器官插管和睡眠障碍是患者发生ICU综合征的独立危险因素。结论:年龄>60岁、医疗费用自费、经历病友死亡、手术治疗、呼吸机/器官插管和睡眠障碍均可影响ICU综合征的发生,增加ICU综合征的发生风险。

Objective：To investigate the risk factors of intensive care unit （ICU） syndrome among patients in ICU. Methods： A total of 424 ICU hospital-ized patients were enrolled in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2015. According to the diagnosis criteria of ICU syndrome, they were divided into two groups, the symptom appeared group with 160 cases and the symptom un - occurred group with 264 cases. Then the risk factors of ICU syndrome were analyzed. Results ： The independent risk factors for ICU syndrome in patients included the age above 60 years old, medical expenses at their own expense, experience of patient partners＇ death, surgical treatment, ventilator/organ intubation and sleep disorders. Conclusion： The age above 60 years old, medical expenses at their own expense, experience of patient partners’ death, surgical treatment, ventilator/organ intubation and sleep disorders can affect the oc-currence of ICU syndrome and increase the risk of ICU syndrome.
