Application of five-routine working regulation in dental out-patient nursing quality management

目的:探讨五常法在口腔门诊护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:根据口腔科门诊现状进行调查分析,然后严格按照五常法相关要求执行各项规定以及护理管理对策。比较五常法实施前后的护理质量管理水平。结果:实施五常法管理后,诊室环境合格率、无菌物品合格率、器械准备完好率、急救物品完好率、仪器性能完好率以及患者满意率均高于五常法实施前(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔科门诊积极实施五常法,可有效提升护理管理质量水平,有助于保障医疗护理安全,对于促进患者预后具有积极意义,值得推广应用。

Objective ： To discuss the effect of application of five - routine working regulation in dental out - patient nursing quality management. Methods ： Investigation and analysis were developed based on the current situation of dental out - patient service, and then various provisions as well as nursing man-agement measures were carried out in strict accordance with the related requirements of five - routine working regulation. The nursing quality management level was compared before and after implementation of five - routine working regulation. Results ： After implementation of five - routine working regulation, there were increased dental clinic environmental qualification rate, aseptic supplies acceptability, equipment availability, first aid items availability, equip-ment performance rate of availability, and patient satisfaction （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Through implementation of five - routine working regulation in dent-al clinics, nursing management quality level could be effectively improved, and it was helpful to guarantee the medical nursing safety and had a positive sig-nificance in promoting the prognosis of patients, therefore, it was worthy of popularization and application.
