自我调节理论在焦虑、抑郁患者中的应用

The application of self-regulation theory in anxiety and depression patients

目的:探讨自我调节理论在焦虑、抑郁状况患者中的应用情况。方法:选取我院精神科于2015年6月~2017年2月收治的200例抑郁症患者为研究对象,随机将患者均分为观察组和对照组,观察组接受自我调节理论指导下的护理干预,对照组患者接受常规护理干预,比较两组患者焦虑、抑郁状况。结果:观察组患者焦虑、抑郁水平基本恢复正常,SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分以及蒙特利尔认知评估量表总分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自我调节理论在焦虑抑郁状况患者中有着突出的应用效果,能够有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁水平,提高患者认知功能和生活质量。

Objective：To explore the application of self - regulation theory in patients with anxiety and depression. Methods： A total of 200 patients with de-pression who were enrolled in psychiatry department of our hospital from June 2015 to February 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group. The observation group received nursing under the guidance of self - regulation theory, while the control group of patients received routine nursing intervention. The anxiety and depression of patients in the two groups were compared. Results ： The levels of anxiety and depression in the observation group came back to normal level, however the SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The scores of life quality scores and the Montreal cognitive assessment scale were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclu-sion ：Self - regulation theory has a prominent effect in patients with anxiety and depression, which can effectively improve the level of anxiety and depres-sion in patients and improve the cognitive function and quality of life of patients.
