摘要 建立了同时测定水中27种有机农药的LLE-GC-MS法。该法前处理前需调节水样pH值<2,不加甲醇作为改性剂,以1:1(V/V)正己烷-石油醚为萃取溶剂进行液液萃取,GC-MS法进行检测。方法在各目标化合物质量浓度0.010~0.500 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数R2均>0.995,检出限为0.021~0.250μg/L,加标回收率为73.6%~113.6%,相对标准偏差RSD为4.0%~14.1%,适用于水中27种有机农药的检测。 A new method was established for simultaneous determination of 27 kinds of pesticide residues in water by using liquid- liquid extraction (LLE). Firstly, we need to adjust the pH value of the water less than two (pH 〈2) , hexane and petroleum ether mixture ( V/V = 1:1) was used as extraction solvent to extract 27 kinds of pesticide residues, and then determinationed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS). In this method, the linear relationship of each target compound is good in the range of 0. 010 -0. 500 mg/L, the correlation coefficients were greater than 0. 995 , and the detection limits ranged from 0. 021 to 0. 250 μg/L, the average recovery was among 73. 6% to 113. 6% with the relative standard deviation varied between 4. 0% and 14. 1 % . The method is applicable to detection of pesticide residues in water.
