臭氧水持续低灌注加压封闭引流治疗深度褥疮临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨臭氧水持续低灌注加压封闭引流治疗深度褥疮的临床价值。方法选择2014年6月—2016年12月收治的深度褥疮患者40例随机分为对照组(20例)和研究组(20例),对照组采用加压封闭引流方法治疗,研究组在加压封闭引流基础上加臭氧水持续低灌注治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组创面愈合时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.001),创面细菌培养阳性率明显减少(P<0.05),创面镜下毛细血管密度值增加(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。结论运用臭氧水持续低灌注负压封闭引流治疗深度褥疮明显优于单独使用负压封闭引流方法,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical effects and application value of VSD combined with continuous hy-poperfusion of ozone water in treating deep bedsore. Methods 40 patients with deep bedsore admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group ( n = 20) and the control group (n = 20) . The control group was treated with VSD while the observation group was treated with VSD combined with continuous hypoperfusion of ozone water. Results Compared with the control group, the wound healing time in the observation group was shortened significantly (P 〈0. 001 ). The positive rate of bacteriology inspection about the wounds was decreased significantly (P〈0.05 ) . The density of capillary blood under microscope was increased significantly ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion The clinical effects of VSD combined with continuous hypoperfusion of ozone water in treating deep bedsore is better than VSD alone ap-parently. It is worth clinically popularizing.
