摘要 目的研究种植区骨皮质厚度对种植体骨界面应力分布的影响。方法运用三维计算机辅助设计CAD软件建立含种植体的颌骨三维有限元模型,应用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件进行仿真分析,研究在不同骨质类型及厚度的皮质骨支持下,种植区骨皮质厚度对种植体骨界面应力分布的规律。结果不论种植体螺距大小,随着颌骨骨质类型改变,骨皮质厚度变薄,骨松质弹性模量降低,种植体上及颌骨内应力值均增加。结论颌骨的骨质类型对种植体及周围骨的应力分布有重要的影响,Ⅱ类骨较Ⅲ类骨更有利于种植修复成功。 Objective To investigate the effects of bone cortical thickness on the Von-Mises stress distribution of implant bone interface by three dimensional finite element analysis. Methods The mandible three dimensional finite element models containing implant were established by three dimensional computer - aided designing ( CAD) software to analyze the effects of different bone types on Von-Mises stress distribution of implant bone interface. Results Regardless of the size of implant,bone cortex thickness became thinner with the changes of mandible sclerotin types,and elastic modulus of cancellous bone was decreased, however, the innerstress of mandible and implant was increased. Conclusion The mandible sclerotin types have important effects on stress distribution of implant and surrounding bone,moreover, bone type II is superior to bone type HI in successful repairing of implant.
