输电线路复合绝缘子运行状态抽样检测试验 被引量:12

摘要 为了掌握在运复合绝缘子的运行性能变化情况,介绍了广东电网连续4年开展输电线路运行复合绝缘子抽样检测的情况,以及对其宏观性能进行的系统性试验检测情况,主要包括憎水性检查、机械破坏负荷、密封性能试验和带护套水扩散等。抽检结果表明:运行复合绝缘子机械性能和端部密封性能稳定,但界面粘接性、憎水性能和伞裙耐电蚀等性能发生较明显老化;复合绝缘子性能发生老化同运行年限有关,界面粘接性和伞裙耐电蚀性能在复合绝缘子运行超过8 a后下降较为明显;复合绝缘子界面粘接性下降,可能导致芯棒机械性能下降甚至造成断裂故障,应在运维过程中重点关注。 In order to control the situation of operating performance change of the running composite insulator, this paper in-troduces development of sampling inspection on transmission line composite insulator in the last four years of Guangdong power grid, and systematic experimental inspection on its macroscopic performance including hydrophobicity inspection, me-chanical failure load, sealing property test , water diffusion with sheath, and so on. Sampling inspection results indicate that mechanical property of the composite insulator and sealing property of its ends are stable but performance such as interface adhesion, hydrophobicity and electrical erosion resistance of the umbrella skirt is dearly aging. Aging of performance is re-lated with operating years of the composite insulator, performance of interface adhesion and electrical erosion resistance of the umbrella decreases obviously after the insulator operating over 8 years. In addition, declination of interface adhesion may cause declination of mechanical property of the core rod and even cause breakage fault, which should be closely paid at-tention to in operation and maintenance process.
