摘要
以硝酸铵电离理论为基础,建立乳化炸药硝酸铵水溶液pH值的计算公式,基于微机控制系统获得的数据,并与生产现场pH计检测结果进行对比分析,验证计算公式的可行性。结果表明:将国内民爆行业现有乳化炸药生产系统上流量计、温度计、密度计测得的数值代入公式计算,能实现硝酸铵水溶液pH值的在线自动检测,为进一步提高乳化炸药生产安全性提供依据。
Based on electrolytic dissociation theory of ammonium nitrate (AN),the formula to calculate the pH value of AN solution in emulsion explosive was proposed. The data obtained from online microcomputer control system is comparable with the results read from pH meter in the production site, which ensures the feasibility of the calculation formula. Results show that when variables online measured by flow meter, ther^nometer,and densimeter in domestic indus-trial explosive are input into the fornula,pH value of AN solution could be automatically derived. It provides evidence toemulsion explosive; electrotytic dissociation theory of AN; pH value; online automatic detectionimprove the safety in emulsion explosive production.
