摘要 针对渤海海峡及附近水域开展的检查测量与航路扫海测量面临的现实困难,综合运用多种技术方法实施了水位控制:采用多站分区的最小二乘拟合法和基于潮汐模型与余水位监控法等两套水位控制方案以降低作业风险;采用虚拟站技术实现海上定点站的水位推算以提高作业效率。并对技术方案设计至水位改正数计算中的每个关键步骤都进行严密的论证分析,评估对应的量化精度指标,体现了全过程质量控制的思想。评估结果表明,水位控制的精度满足规范与行业标准的要求,达到了方案设计的目标。 The water level control for the checking survey and the channel sweeping survey in the Bohai Strait and its adjacent sea areas is difficult owing to the broad survey region and the complex tide. The multiple techniques are implemented to produce precise water level corrections. First,two methods of the least square fitting method and the tide model and residual water level monitoring method are employed to reduce the operation risk.Second,the water level data of the seaborne fixed point tidal stations is resumed by the virtual gauge station technique. The analysis and the accuracy evaluation of the key process are applied to meet the criteria of the quality control. The assessment shows that the accuracy meets the standards of hydrographic surveys,and the goals of the planning stage are accomplished.
