"偷懒"是班级管理过程中的一种智慧。基于高职院校班主任学生管理工作的实际,指出了对班主任"偷懒"的理解,从"懒"的艺术必须先得勤,"懒"必须先得教,"懒"还得求助班干部三个方面阐述高校班主任"懒"的艺术。

＂Laziness＂ is a kind of wisdom in class management. Based on the practice of class man-agement of head teachers in higher vocational colleges？ some understandings of the art of ＂lazy＂ are pointed out in three aspects： being diligent before being ＂ lazy＂,to teach before to free and making good use of class cadre.
