摘要
现代信息技术和新理念的不断出现使得信息技术与课程的整合日渐深入,传统课堂教学在教学理念、教学方式、教学工具等方面都发生了深刻变革。着眼于探究基于混合学习翻转课堂教学模型的设计,并以《客户关系管理》课程为例实施翻转课堂教学,从实证角度探讨基于混合学习翻转课堂教学效果,以期实现翻转课堂在高校更好地实施与推广。
With the continuous development of modern information technology and new ideas, the integration of information technology and curriculum is becoming more and more profound. Tra-ditional classroom teaching has undergone profound changes in teaching concepts? teaching meth-ods, teaching tools and so on. The flipped classroom based on blended learning, applied in Cus-tomer Relationship Management course, focuses on the design and its teaching effects is studied to realize better promotion and implementation in higher vocational colleges.
