摘要
近年来,在联合国、欧盟、世界银行等国际政治经济组织的大力推动下,PPP制度的先进理念和制度框架也被我国引入,但对PPP制度理解和应用还不够深入。对PPP项目发起与实施程序的类型和具体环节的深入研究,将对我国PPP本土化有着极大的实践价值。
In recent years,the United Nations,the European Union,vigorously promote the international political and economic organizations such as the world bank,the advanced idea and system framework of PPP system is also in China introduced,but the understanding and application of the PPP system is not deep enough.Further study and implementation of the program and launch type specific links to the PPP project,will have a great practical value for our PPP localization.
