大学生成就目标定向与职业决策困难的关系研究

The Relationship Between College Students' Achievement Goal Orientation and Career Decision-making Difficulties

目的:考察我国大学生成就目标定向与职业决策困难的关系,并探究成就目标定向对职业决策困难的影响。方法:采用成就目标定向量表和大学生职业决策困难问卷,对534名大学生进行调查,通过SPSS17.0软件对数据进行了t检验、单因素方差分析、相关分析和回归分析。结果:大学生成就目标定向与职业决策困难及各维度均呈显著正相关;学习目标与职业决策困难及其各维度均存在显著负相关;成绩接近目标、成绩回避目标与职业决策困难及各维度均呈显著正相关。结论:成就目标定向的成绩接近目标、成绩回避目标两个因子对大学生职业决策困难有显著的预测作用。

Objective To investigate the relationship between Achievement goal orientation and Career decision-making difficulties of college students in China,and to explore the influence of Achievement goal orientation on Career decision-making difficulties.Methods A total of 534 undergraduates were tested by the Achievement goal orientation scale and Career decisionmaking difficulties scale.We used T test,single factor analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis by spss17.0analyzed the data.Results College students' Achievement goal?orientation significantly positive correlated with Career decision-making difficulties and its concrete dimensions;Learning target significantly negative correlated with Career decision-making difficulties and its concrete dimensions;Performance-approach goal and Performance-avoidance goal were highly positive related to Career decision-making difficulty.Conclusion The factors of Achievement goal orientation,Performanceapproach goal and Performance-avoidance goal have significant effects on predicting the Career decision-making difficulties.
