企业员工不安全行为预警体系构建 被引量:6

摘要 长期以来,企业通过制定各种层次、各类群体组织的安全规章制度,进行安全教育和安全监督检查,设立安全警示标志,进行安全考核,但收效甚微。尽管这些措施在某种程度上提高了安全管理水平,但由于员工在生产和技术等社会活动过程中受到焦虑和浮躁等非理性心理因素的干扰,使得员工的行为更加难以控制。通过以人、物和环境构成的行为安全管理系统为研究对象,以人的不安全行为预警为研究目标,利用物联网、射频识别、视频分析等技术实现了动态跟踪、监控人的行为,采集人的行为数据。通过设置不安全行为预警规则,建立不安全行为预警流程,在发生危险事故之前发出警示,实现了由事故处理到事前预警的转变。该预警体系为企业从根本上避免人因事故的发生提供良好的理论及应用参考。 For a long time, in enterprises, safety rules and regulations for various levels, various groups of organizations are laid down ; security education, safety supervision and inspection are conducted ; the security warning signs are established, and the security assessment is carried out, but little effect. Although these measures improve the level of safety management to a certain extent, and because the employees are disturbed by anxiety and impulsive irrational psychological factors in production and technology and other social activities, their behavior is more difficult to be controlled. With the behavior safety management system consisting of human,physical and environment as the research object,the unsafe behavior early warning as the research object, and by using technologies of IOT,RFID,video analysis,etc. ,dynamic tracking and monitoring of human behavior and data acquisition of human behavior are realized. Through setting the early warning rules of unsafe behavior, the early warning process of unsafe behavior is established ; the warning will be issued before the accident occurs, so as to realize the transition from the accident handling to the early warning. It provides a good theoretical and practical reference to avoid the occurrence of human accidents fundamentally.
