摘要
油水代换系统是解决舰艇因燃油消耗而引起的稳性下降的主要方法,在国内外潜艇上已有多年成功应用经验,自20世纪末也被极少量国内水面舰船所采用。某型船由于代换过程复杂、试验时油量浪费大,以及用户担心其可靠性等原因,导致该系统长期闲置。文中根据国内某型船已有的油水代换系统进行传感器可靠性相关试验,基于试验结果和借鉴俄罗斯潜艇的成功经验,对该船油水代换系统的设计、试验和使用等提出了四项优化改进措施,以提高该型船油水代换系统的可靠性、经济性及操作便利性,以使该系统最终能在国内水面舰船上发挥广泛有效的作用。
Oil-water replaceable system is a major method to solve the reduction of the ship stability due to the fuel consumption, which has been successfully used for many years both at home and abroad. The oil-water replaceable system has also been used on only a few domestic water-surface ships since the end-twentieth century. However, this system on the ship was unused for a long period because of the complex replaceable process, large waste of fuel during the test, and the system reliability doubted by the users. This paper carries out the sensor reliability test of the oil-water replaceable system on the ship. Based on the experimental results and the experience from the Russian submarine, four bptimum and improvement methods are proposed for the design, test and usage of the oil-water replaceable system to improve its reliability, economy and operation convenience, thus widely and effectively used on the domestic water-surface ships.
