摘要
根据城市轨道交通车站的需求,提出了一种通过无线网络进行数据传输的特种设备故障监测系统。通过一种谐波检测的方法,在设备正常运转时对其进行无损检测;通过对各阶谐波分量所占比例的计算,结合专家数据库的数据比对,分析得到设备不同位置的劣化情况,对有安全隐患的部位提出维修建议。
According to the requirements of urban rail transit station, a special equipment fault monitoring system based on wireless network is proposed. Through a harmonic detection method,the device is used for the non-destructive detection of equipment fault in the normal operation. By calculating the proportion of each harmonic component, and compared with the data from the expert database, the deterioration of equipment in different positions is analyzed, and corresponding maintenance suggestions are put forward for the parts with safety hazard.
