大数据高级技术人才协同创新培养研究与实践——以计算机全日制专业学位研究生与本科生协同创新培养为例 被引量:25

摘要 大数据是信息科技的最新聚焦点之一,也属于国家信息产业和创新创业的突破点。目前在大数据产业高级技术人才的培养中还缺乏科学系统的创新培养方案和课程体系、合理可行的协同创新培养模式、有针对性的新型培养质量评价体系。该文通过立体综合的大数据相关课程建设和竞赛指导实践、文献分析研究、产业调研、教学研讨及项目实施,提出了分层、分级、可扩展的大数据产业高级技术人才协同创新培养模型,为了更好地适应快速而多变的大数据技术架构演进,又提出了主客观结合的人才培养模型、课程体系及培养方案的递归修正过程,进而建立了大数据产业高级技术人才协同创新培养实训与实践平台。通过实践案例分析,验证了所构建模式、模型、课程体系、实训与实践平台的有效性。 Big Data is a focus point of information technology and breaking point of information industry and innovation and startups in China. We should introduce systematic innovative training programs and curriculum system, rational collaborative innovative training model, and new training quality evaluation system into training of high-level technology personnel for big data industry. We propose a hierarchical, graded and sealable high-level technology personnel collaborative innovation training model for big data industry based on our practice of course construction and competition guidance, literature analysis, industry research, teaching seminars and project implementation in big data field. However, evolution of big data technology architecture is very fast. So, we produce a recursive correction process of personnel training model, curriculum system and training program in subjective and objective aspects. Finally, we establish a high-level technology personnel collaborative innovation training and practice platform for big data industry. Practice case study results show that our mode, model, curriculum system, training and practice platform are very efficient.
