顾客待办事项与商业模式创新

摘要 以顾客待办事项场景为中心,构建一个理论分析框架,描述待办事项场景和商业模式创新两者的连接关系,并具体分析商业模式创新的路径:识别待办事项类型、定义场景结构、明晰顾客障碍、避免创新陷阱和选择创新策略。
