SnO_2粒度对化学共沉积法AgSnO_2(12)触头材料性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 选取平均粒度分别为0.5μm、2μm、5μm、8μm的SnO_2,采用化学共沉积法制备相应的AgSnO_2(12)触头材料,使用模拟试验装置在交流阻性负载下进行电寿命、耐电弧侵蚀和熔焊力等试验,考察了SnO_2粒度对AgSnO_2触头材料性能的影响。结果表明,平均粒度为0.5μm的SnO_2对AgSnO_2(12)触头材料的力学物理性能影响最大,但其模拟电性能最好。 AgSnO2(12) contact materials are produced by chemical co-deposition method. In this paper, 4 kinds of SnO2 powder are used. The average particle size of SnO2 powder is 0.5μm,2μm,5μm,8μm, respectively. Effects of SnO2 granularity on properties of AgSnO2(12) are investi- gated by simulation electrical life test, arc erosion resistance test and welding force test. The results show that the SnO2 powder which the average size is 0.5μm has the greatest influence on the mechanical and physical properties of AgSnO2(12), and the simulation electrical performance of it is the best.
