摘要
电磁继电器作为自动控制开关广泛运用于各种控制电路中,同时它也是一种失效率较高的电子元器件,因其导致整机可靠性水平较低的问题历来受到广泛重视,如何提升继电器的可靠性是继电器制造企业一个非常重要的课题。本文结合实际工作中的继电器失效案例,从可靠性评价条件、失效机理分析、可靠性改善三个方面提出可靠性提升思路,以失效分析为中心,为可靠性理论和实际工程改善架起一座桥梁。
Electromagnetic relay is used widely in the controlled circuit as an automatic control electric switch. Simultaneously relay is a kind of electronic components which have a high failure rate. A lot of system reliability problems result from the failure of the relay, and extensive atten- tion is paid to its reliability. In this paper, opinions of reliability promotion are given on three aspects, reliability evaluation, failure mechanism analysis and reliability improvement according to failure cases of relay. The bridge between reliability theory and practical improvement is construc- ted by the failure analysis work.
