国产空冷汽发机定子整体VPI工艺应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过全部采用国产绝缘材料和浸渍漆对汽发机单只定子线棒进行少胶VPI工艺试验研究,确定了汽发机定子整体VPI绝缘结构、防晕结构及定子整体浸渍烘焙工艺参数。通过在10.5 kV级7.5 MW汽发机上应用,真机线棒及定子整机各项电气性能均满足标准要求。经过电站运行实践,证明东风电机开发的定子少胶VPI绝缘系统取得成功,且能满足3 800 m高海拔地区运行要求。 This paper introduces the research of insulation technology of the stator bars with domestically manufactured materials after vacuum pressure impregnation(VPI) on 10.5 kV air-cooled turbogenerators. Properties of dielectric loss, breakdown voltage , and critical coronal voltage attain the national standards. Finally establishes insulation structures , coronal structure and technologic parameters of GVPI. By the running on 10.5 kV, 7.5 MW air-cooled turbogenerators for years, test that our corporation' s development of VPI insulation system is reliable and successful . And attain technologic demands at high-altitudes above 3 800 m.
