国家对全民阅读推广工作高度重视,"全民阅读"已连续四年被写入政府工作报告。公共图书馆是组织和倡导全民阅读的主要力量,以中小型公共图书馆为切入点,提出开展阅读推广活动的策略与建议。

Our country attaches great importance to the promotion of national reading, ＂National reading＂ has been written in the government work report for four consecutive years. Public library is the main force in organizing and advocating nationwide reading. This paper takes the small and medium-sized public library as the breakthrough point, and provides some strategies and suggestions for reading promotion activities.
