Multivariant Supply and Demand Analysis of Vocational Training for Migrant Workers——On the Perspective of Human Capital

农民工是我国经济建设与城市化发展的重要力量。实行农民工职业培训,提升其人力资本水平有利于经济持续增长与新型城镇化建设的推进。基于供需关系对政策实施的重要影响,对农民工职业培训的供需情况进行系统性、动态性分析发现,政府、企业和农民工是职业培训政策主要的受益者和投资者,不同主体的利益需求与供给策略为农民工职业培训的多方合作提供了基础也带来了挑战。未来应明确各自角色定位、继续探索多元合作的有效机制,共同推进农民工职业培训工作有序发展。

Migrant workers are important force in China＇s economic construction and urbanization. The implementation of vocational training for migrant workers to enhance their human capital level is conducive to sustained economic growth and the development of new urbanization. Based on the important influence of supply and demand on the implementation of policies, the systematic analysis of the supply and demand of migrant workers＇ vocational training shows that the government, enterprises and migrant workers are the main beneficiaries and investors of the vocational training policies and the interests of different subjects. The supply strategy for migrant workers vocational training provides a basis for multi-party cooperation as well as challenges. Therefore, clear role positioning and effective mechanism of multi-cooperation are necessary in the future to jointly promote the development of migrant workers vocational training in good order.
