规划审批流程再造及信息化应用——以昌吉市为例

Planning Approval Process Reengineering and Informatization Application——A Case Study of Changji City

针对规划审批常见的功能重复、前后脱节以及自批自审的缺点,基于流程再造的管理思想提出规划审批再造原则。本文以昌吉市为例,对昌吉市规划局规划审批流程进行重塑,完善和细化规划审批流程,并借助信息化技术予以实现,提高了规划审批效率,对后续的研究工作具有一定的指导意义。

In view of the common defects of urban planning approval, this paper puts forward the principles of planning approval process reengineering based on the idea of business process reengineering. Taking Changji as an example, it optimizes the urban planning approval process and realizes the function of each module by information method. It improves the efficiency of planning approval and has guiding significance for further study.
