供给侧改革背景下校企合作新视角

A New Perspective of School-enterprise Cooperation in the Context of Supply-side Reform

高校供给侧改革既是顺应国家发展政策,又是解决自身人才培养和输出问题的机遇,高校从"需求侧拉动"到"供给侧推动"的根本转变为校企合作提供了新视角,基于企业需求改革高校内部结构,是供给侧改革背景下校企合作模式的基本内涵,笔者提出高校应自发进行结构性改革,主动改变人才培养模式和管理方式去适应企业需求,从而逐渐增加高校对企业的吸引力。

The supply-side reform in colleges and universities is not only to meet the national development policy, but also to solve the problem of personnel training and output. The radical change from ＂demand side＂ to ＂supply side＂ provides a new perspective for school-enterprise cooperation. Reforming the internal structure of colleges and universities based on enterprise needs is the basic connotation of the school-enterprise cooperation mode in the context of supplyside reform. Colleges and universities should carry out structural reform spontaneously, change the mode of personnel training and management to meet the needs of enterprises, and gradually increase the attractiveness of them.
