摘要
中小学教师国家级培训计划(简称"国培计划")2010年实施至今成绩斐然,其组织者、管理者、参与者和研究者从不同视角开展了大量的学术研究与探讨。本文运用文献分析法,从数量、质量和研究内容等角度梳理中小学教师"国培计划"的组织、实施与绩效评价研究进展,为提高培训质量、提升培训声誉提供参考思路。
The achievements of "National Training Plan" are elegant and a large number of academic researches and discussions have been carried out from different perspectives by the organizers, managers, participants and researchers. Based on literature analysis method, this paper summarizes the research progress of "National Training Plan" from the perspectives of quantity, quality and research content, including organization, implementation and performance evaluation. It provides references for improving training quality and enhancing training reputation.
