摘要
为解决铁道车辆用高摩合成闸瓦生产工序间周转的技术问题,通过对现场生产状况及工艺流程的分析,设计出回转式工序周转台,避免了产品周转时的重复装卸,理顺了工序间的传递关系,为合理组织生产和提高生产效率提供了有力的技术保证。
In order to solve the process flow problems of synthetic brake shoe with high .friction of railway vehicles, the paper analyses the production status and process flow, designs the rotary table. It avoids repeated loading and unloading, straightens out the transfer relationship between processes, and provides powerful technical guarantee for scientifically organizing production and improving production efficiency.
