淬硬45钢高速切削的三维有限元模拟研究

摘要 应用有限元仿真技术与工程模拟有限元软件ABAQUS,研究了高速切削加工过程中产生的锯齿状切屑的形成过程,通过建立几何模型与材料模型、划分网格、确定切屑分离准则与材料失效准则、设定边界条件等步骤,建立了淬硬45钢(45HRC)高速切削过程三维有限元模拟仿真模型,分析了切削参数对淬硬45钢高速切削中锯齿形切屑的影响,指出模拟结果与实验结果分析相符合,说明此次锯齿形切屑三维有限元模拟符合实际切削情况,并得出以下结论:随着刀具前角的不断减小,或随着切削厚度的不断增大,锯齿形切屑的锯齿越来越明显。 The paper studies the forming process of serrated chip in high speed cutting by using finite element simulation technology and ABAQUS. Through a series of steps, a three-dimensional finite element simulation model of high speed cutting process of hardened steel (45HRC) is established. Then it analyses the influence of cutting parameters on serrated chip, points out that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. It shows that the three-dimensional finite element simulation of serrated chip conforms to the actual cutting condition and concludes that the sawtooth of serrated chip is more and more obvious with the decrease of rake angle or the increase of cutting thickness.
