少数民族地区成人学历教育现状分析研究

摘要 以凯里学院成人学历教育为例,采集了2014—2016年成人高考入学分数、生源情况、年龄结构、学习动机以及集中教学五个方面的信息进行了分析研究。研究发现成人学员具有基础差、功利性强、工学矛盾突出以及教学模式陈旧等特点。本文从成人学历教育课程教学的角度出发,采取学员自学为主,教师网络助学相结合的教学模式和全新课程考核机制,提出适合网络信息化时代成人学历教育课程教学策略,从而提高成人教育质量,达到人才培养目的。 Taking the adult education of Kaili University as an example, this paper analyzes the grade of entry, birth of place, structure of age, motivation of study and the model of teaching based on the data of adult college entrance examination from 2014 to 2016. The result shows that this kind of adult students has these problems such as poor foundation, strong utility, scientific trend, and so on. Based on the self - learning method, new teaching model of integration between teacher and network, the new checking mechanism, this paper puts forward that the curriculum of adult education should adapt it to teaching strategy of the informatization time for the sake of improving the quality of adult education and achieving the goal of cultivating talents.
