摘要
社会实践作为"青马工程"重要培养环节,是高校"实践育人"重要途径。当前,"青马工程"社会实践环节存在执行力度有待提升、学员积极性未得到充分调动、活动设计与个体适配度有待加强等问题,社会工作介入可成为有效补充。社会工作的介入路径有三:遵循个别化工作原则,促成差异性培养模式;借鉴外展工作原则,拓展社会支持网络体系;遵从系统工作原则,整合社会资源形成合力。
As a significant training link of "Marxist youth training project", social practice is an important way for the education through practice of colleges and universities. Currently, the social practice of "Marxist youth training project" exist some problems such as execution remains to improve, initiative of trainees needs to mo- bilize, and the activity design is not very fit for individual, so that the social work intervene in it can be an ef- fective supplement. There are three paths to intervene in it, first, follow the working principle of individualiza- tion, to facilitate the diversity training pattern; second, take example by extended working principle, to expand social support network system; third, obey the systematic working principle, to integrate social resource into resultant force.
