摘要
聋大学生属于"韦尔奇20/70/10数字模式"人员管理理念下的聋人优秀群体,提高聋大学生思想政治理论课教学质量具有重要意义。针对聋大学生思想政治理论课教学中存在的问题,结合聋大学生特点和德育规律,尝试将"4S"课堂教学模式应用到聋大学生思想政治理论课教学中,初步取得了明显的成效。
Deaf college students belong to the outstanding group of deaf people under the concept of personnel management of Welch 20/70/10 digital mode. It was of great significance to improve the teaching quality of i- deological and political theory course. According to the problems in the teaching of ideological and political theory course and the characteristics of deaf college students and the law of moral education, we applied the ＂4S＂ classroom teaching mode to the teaching of ideological and political theory course, and achieved remark- able results.
