Optimization of Large Scale and Heavy Load Screw Thread Structure Based on ABAQUS

应用ABAQUS对大型重载螺纹的应力进行了分析,并与结构优化之后的螺纹应力进行了对比。螺纹结构优化后,显著降低了螺纹牙根处的应力值,结果表明旋转切除部分螺纹牙材料这一螺纹结构优化方法是可行的,该方法可以为相关螺纹结构优化技术理论和实验研究提供参考。

ABAQUS is used to analyze the stress of large scale and heavy load thread, and it is compared with the stress of optimized thread. The stress value at the root of thread has been significantly reduced after optimizing the thread structure. That rotatively cutting the partial material of thread tooth as optimization method is feasible, and it can provide reference for the theoretical and experimental study of the related thread structure optimization technology.
