摘要
高职教育的功能定位从知识本位到能力本位,最终走向以职业个性全面发展为目的的人格本位,规定了培养全过程从精神文化层面的价值追求到制度形态的模式设计,以至于具体的工具、方法和手段的选择,都必须形成一个内核一致、相互支撑的有机整体。其中精神层面的理想信念是"灵魂",制度设计是理想信念的有效表达,工具和方法是制度设计的具体化和对象化。总之,要用精神统御制度和技术,用制度驱动工具和方法,即所谓"以道御术""以术使器"。
The functional orientation of higher vocational education has experienced three stages from knowledge-based to competence-based, and finally to personality-based education with a purpose to realize the overall development of the professional personality. It provides the mode design of the whole process from the spiritual and cultural value to the system form. So that the specific tools, methods and means of choice must form an organic whole with a consistent core and mutual support. The soul of system lies in faith and belief which would be embodied through institutional design, and the tools and means selected can be regarded as its materialization and objectification. In a word, faith and belief shall determine system and techniques, which in turn brings in tools and means. That would be so-called "philosophy drives techniques, while techniques runs machines" .
