从“无为不争”到“为而不争”——老子水哲学思想对高职院校校企合作实践的启示

From 'Doing Nothing neither Disputing' to 'Doing without Contention'——Enlightenment of Lao Tzu's Philosophy of Water on the Cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises

目前,高职院校校企合作模式日趋多样,但仍存在政府支持力度不够、校企之间联动不足、学生主动参与性不强等问题。建议结合高职院校发展实际,深入挖掘老子水哲学思想的内在本质,并将其运用到高职院校校企合作实践中。

At present, the mode of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises has become increasingly diverse, but some problems still exist, such as insufficient support from the government, deficient school-enterprise interaction, inactive participation of students, and so on. According to the development of higher vocational colleges, the intrinsic essence of Lao Tzu＇s philosophy of water was deeply dug in this paper and would be applied to the practice of cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises.
