山东非遗外宣翻译的现状及对策研究

A Study of the Present Situation and Approaches to Translation of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Foreign Languages in Shandong Province

随着"中国优秀传统文化走出去"战略的实施,各地纷纷展开对非物质文化遗产的挽救、保护和开发工作。山东省是一个文化大省,在非物质文化遗产的保护和开发方面做了大量的工作,但是在非遗外宣翻译方面的研究工作却还有很大的差距。鉴于目前山东省在非遗外宣翻译方面存在的问题,探讨山东非遗外宣翻译的发展途径,以让山东的优秀传统文化走出去就变得非常有战略意义。这样做不但能够增强山东省的文化软实力,而且也为国家的文化强国战略作出较大贡献。

With the adoption of the strategy of introducing excellent Chinese traditional culture to the world, all local governments are engaged in the work of saving, protecting and developing the intangible cultural heritage in their regions. Shandong province is rich in different kinds of cultural resources. In terms of protecting intangible cultural heritage, Shandong has made a lot of achievements, but as to the translation of the intangible cultural heritage in foreign languages, there is still a gap. For this reason, possible approaches will be found through the study of the present situation of translation of the intangible cultural heritage in foreign languages to introduce the excellent Shandong culture to the world, which is of great strategic significance. It will not only help to enhance her soft power but also help to make contribution to the nation＇s cultural strategy of reinforcing the nation by culture.
