高职院校中外合作会计专业人才本土化培养模式研究

Research on the Localization Training Mode for Talents of Chinese-foreign Cooperative Accounting Program in Higher Vocational Colleges

澳大利亚的技术与继续教育已经发展了百余年,近些年来发展的尤为迅速,成为世界上最成功的职业教育模式之一。我国的高等职业教育起步于改革开放之后,发展的很快,但在人才培养、课程设置、师资队伍建设、专业学生基础等方面仍存在一些问题。必须将创新型会计人才培养国际化与本土化相结合,才能培养出既符合国际化会计市场需求又能满足国内市场需求的新型会计人才。

The technology and continuing education in Australia has developed for more than 100 years. In recent years, it has developed rapidly and become one of the most successful vocational education models in the world. China＇s higher vocational education started after the Chinese economic reform and developed rapidly, but there are still some problems in talents training, curriculum design, teaching staff construction, students＇ professional basis, and some other aspects. It is necessary to combine the internationalization and localization of innovative accounting talents training in order to cultivate a new type which can meet the needs of accounting market home and abroad.
