运用澳大利亚/新西兰风险管理标准对国际旅行卫生保健中心实施风险管理的研究

Research on Implementing Risk Management in International Travel Healthcare Center by Using AS/NZS risk management standard

为了不断提高国际旅行卫生保健中心的风险管理意识和管理能力,对保健中心工作中可能出现的风险降至最低,本研究通过运用澳大利亚/新西兰风险管理标准,研究保健中心工作中的风险问题和风险流程,针对性地提出一些风险管理措施,建立保健中心工作的风险管理体系,实现保健中心风险管理的规范化、系统化和科学化,确保其正常、健康运行和可持续发展。

In order to continuously improve the risk management awareness and management ability of interna- tional travel health care centre （ITHC） and reduce the possible risks to the minimum, this paper studied the risks and risk process of ITHC according to AS/NZS risk management standard. The paper proposed some risk management measures based on the situation, and established risk management system of ITHC, in favor of re- alizing the standardization, systematization and scientization of risk management of ITHC and ensuring a normal, healthy and sustainable development.
